🔹 Open Positions: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

📌 Department: Business Development

🕒 Experience: Minimum 1 year

📈 Conversion: Probation → Full-time based on performance

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1.Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

2.Generate new business and manage the complete sales pipeline

3.Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)

4.Drive business through DSA, channel partners, and direct sourcing

5.Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and deal closures

6.Build and maintain strong client & DSA relationships

7.Coordinate with internal credit, operations & disbursement teams

8.Track market trends, competitors, and prepare MIS reports

9.Work independently, travel as required, and close deals confidently

Preferred Background:

1.Experience in NBFC / Loan / Financial Services

2.Prior exposure to DSA or channel sales is a strong advantage

3.Eligibility

4.Graduate in any relevant discipline

5.Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills
