Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive with a background in agriculture to drive lead generation, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into sales. The role requires regular travel, on-ground market engagement, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, and farmers.
Conduct regular field tours to understand customer needs and promote company products.
Present and promote company solutions to potential customers through meetings, demos, and site visits.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales closures.
Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.
