2) Motivate them to achieve targets.

3) For this, company will also provide training ( fully Paid).

4) On Role Job with Company payroll.

5) Fixed pay + Lucrative Incentives.

6) Agents will be commission based on 35%

7) for this you will get incentives on per advisor activation+PF+Medical Benefits+Family Insurance+Target achievement Bonus.
