Location: Bavdhan, Pune
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join the Airtel team at Bavdhan.
Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, telecom, FMCG, BFSI, or direct sales.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer acquisition.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
•Acquire new customers through field sales activities.
Promote Airtel Broadband, Postpaid, Prepaid, Airtel Black, and other Airtel services.
Conduct market visits and identify business opportunities.
•Build relationships with customers and channel partners.
•Meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
