Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹50000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations.
Generate leads through field activities, references, walk-ins, and networking
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Maintain records of client interactions and site visits
Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
