Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

• Meet corporate, commercial, and industrial clients to understand energy requirements.

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility assessments.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project reports.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Track market trends, competitors, and project pipelines.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in solar sales / EPC sales / B2B energy solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and DISCOM procedures is preferred.

• Willingness to travel within and around Pune.

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
