Sales Co-ordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team and clients for property bookings and site visits

• Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and sales records

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins

• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and daily/weekly performance reports

• Assist in documentation, agreements, and booking formalities

• Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and closures

• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) for smooth transactions

• Manage CRM software and ensure accurate data entry

• Support the sales team in achieving targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in real estate industry preferred
