Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in UPS systems and IT solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new business opportunities in enterprise and corporate sectors
Sell UPS systems, power backup solutions, and IT products/services
Conduct field sales and regular client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify client requirements and provide suitable solutions
Achieve sales targets and close deals independently
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Required Skills:
Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise / Industrial sales
Proven track record of closing deals with 30+ enterprise or industrial clients in Gurgaon/NCR
Experience in UPS, power backup, or IT solutions sales
Good network with IT Heads, Maintenance Teams, and Procurement Heads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation with MBA in Marketing or equivalent
2–8 years of relevant business development / sales experience
Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for field visits
Note:
Only B2B sales experience will be considered
Not Preferred:
B2C or Dealer Sales profiles
Candidates from HR/Admin domains
Background in Real Estate or FMCG sales
