We are looking for a Relationship Officer to join our team at Reveal Associates. Most of our clients are banks, so the role requires strong communication and relationship-management skills.
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank clients, coordinating with field executives for timely case closure, following up on pending cases, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal team. The role will also involve identifying new business opportunities, approaching prospective clients, and supporting business development strategies to drive growth.
