The Relationship Executive(RE) is responsible for driving customer acquisition, activating and managing sourcing points, ensuring market distribution, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role demands discipline in following SOPs, active branch engagement, and continuous learning through structured onboarding and training interventions. ROs/RMs act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationship management and revenue growth for the organization

Key Deliverables

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly disbursement targets for Home Loan / LAP products.

• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and participation in local market activities. • Cross-sell relevant financial products (insurance, balance transfers, top-ups) to enhance revenue. • Identify and activate new sourcing points (connectors, DSA, builders, real estate agents).

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring professional handling of queries. • Counsel customers on product suitability and loan eligibility while maintaining transparency. • Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and customers for repeat/referral business. • Maintain high standards of customer service during the loan lifecycle (application → sanction → disbursement).

Process & Compliance

• Ensure 100% adherence to credit policies, KYC norms, and documentation standards. • Maintain accuracy in Daily Sales Reports (DSR), lead updates, and CRM entries. • Conduct pre-screening of applications to improve quality sourcing and reduce rejections. • Participate in regular audits and branch reviews to ensure compliance readiness.

Productivity & Performance Discipline

• Meet daily/weekly activity benchmarks (calls, visits, leads generated, conversions). • Ensure digital adoption (Thunder App, MODE, Lead Portals) for real-time reporting. • Deliver consistent field visibility with disciplined branch engagement.

• Actively track competition offerings and share market intelligence with the branch.
