Relationship Manager – Field Sales | Varthana Finance

Varthana Finance Private Limited is one of India's leading Education Finance NBFCs, providing financial solutions to affordable private schools and students. We are hiring Relationship Managers for multiple locations across Maharashtra and Gujarat.

• Vapi / Valsad

• Mehsana / Ahmedabad

• Jalgaon / Dhule / Nashik

• Akola / Amravati / Buldana

• Vasai / Virar / Dahanu

• Panvel / Pen / Alibagh

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate business through field sales and direct customer sourcing

• Build relationships with schools and customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Support loan documentation and customer onboarding

• Ensure timely collections and portfolio quality

• Travel within the assigned territory

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in NBFC, Banking, Housing Finance, MFI, Insurance, Mortgage, SME Loans or Education Sales

• Freshers with strong field sales interest can also apply (if applicable)

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / HSC / Diploma / Graduation

• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence

• Must be willing to travel up to 100 km in the assigned territory

• Good communication skills in the local language
