Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Source new credit card applications through open-market lead generation, field visits, and networking.
Corporate & B2B Sales: Pitch corporate tie-ups by securing appointments with management to offer credit card products to their employees.
HNI Client Handling: Service high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) by offering tailored credit solutions and premium card variants.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff (for the Banca channel), corporate HRs, and clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Typically requires 1 to 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience, ideally in banking, financial services, or fintech.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBAs are often preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, local market knowledge, and client presentation abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: Base salaries typically range from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month depending on location and experience, supplemented by attractive, uncapped incentives.
