We help schools enhance their infrastructure by funding classrooms, buildings, smart classes, laboratories, school buses, furniture, uniforms, and other educational facilities.

Role: Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Meet school owners and educational institutions to generate business.

✅ Visit 8–10 schools daily to promote Varthana's School Loan products.

✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

✅ Complete KYC, documentation, customer verification, and loan processing.

✅ Travel within the assigned territory (up to 100 km daily).

✅ Achieve a monthly business target of ₹50 Lakhs.

Mandatory Eligibility

✔ Graduate with 2+ years of relevant field sales experience (Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage/NBFC/BFSI preferred).

✔ Age below 40 years (Preferred: 30–40 years).

✔ Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

✔ Physically fit for extensive field sales.

✔ Willing to travel up to 100 km daily.

✔ Fluent in the local language and familiar with the local market.

✔ Stable career history with a genuine reason for job change.

✔ Experience in Secured Loans preferred.

✔ Good CIBIL score with no overdue above ₹10,000.
