Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager who excels in customer acquisition and sales. The role involves delivering impactful sales presentations, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by converting prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve stretched sales targets in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
Prepare and deliver compelling pre-sales proposals to prospective clients
Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to drive conversions
Handle customer objections effectively and resolve conflicts through regular engagement and meetings
Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with high customer satisfaction
Stay updated with company products, services, and market trends
Assist new customers in booking their first service/experience and generate high-quality referrals`
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales/customer acquisition roles
Strong result orientation with a focus on achieving targets
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for sales
Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in direct sales / B2C / hospitality / real estate / membership sales
