Job Description: Home Loan / LAP Field Sales Executive

Job Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive for Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) products.

Responsibilities

Generate new customers for Home Loan and LAP products.

Visit customers and meet them at their locations.

Collect and verify customer documents.

Explain loan products, eligibility, and process to customers.

Develop leads through field visits, referrals, and local contacts.

Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.

Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of sales/field sales experience.

Experience in Home Loan, LAP, Banking, NBFC, or financial products is preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Basic knowledge of Bangalore/Yelahanka local area.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
