Job Description – Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate sales by meeting customers in the field.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

- Explain policy features, benefits, and premium details.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.

- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries.

Eligibility

- Minimum graduation required.

- Experience in field sales, BFSI, or insurance sales preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
