Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-orientated relationship manager for the bancassurance channel. The candidate will be responsible for selling health insurance products to bank customers, generating leads through bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the branch manager and bank staff to generate quality leads.

• Meet and interact with walk-in bank customers and understand their insurance requirements.

• Conduct a need analysis and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Explain product features, benefits, coverage and other relevant details to customers.

• Generate new business through lead conversion and cross-selling.

• Increase customer awareness and insurance penetration within the branch customer base.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide post-sales support.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in banking / bancassurance / life insurance / health insurance / BFSI sales preferred.

• Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong customer-handling skills can apply.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Target-orientated with a strong sales approach.

• Comfortable working from assigned bank branches.

• Graduation preferred.
