Experience Required

📌 Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience in Home Loan Sales (Bank / NBFC / Financial Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Home Loan business through field sales, referrals, and channel partners

• Source and convert new customers for Home Loan products

• Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process

• Maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, and real estate agents

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and process guidelines

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up till loan disbursement

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Home Loan sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

• Knowledge of Kolkata market will be an added advantage

• Graduate preferred (but relevant experience is mandatory)
