🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Sales to drive B2B . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Domestic IT Sales (Non-Staffing) and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle in a target-driven environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Promote and sell IT solutions including IT Hardware, IT Software, Cloud Solutions, Networking (Active & Passive), Web Development & Maintenance, and Managed IT Services
✔ Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and inbound/outbound inquiries
✔ Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
✔ Present solutions to CXOs, IT Heads, Directors, and Business Managers
✔ Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design and proposal preparation
✔ Develop BOQ, SOW, and commercial proposals based on client requirements
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
✔ Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
✔ Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
🎓 Graduate in any discipline
🧠 Experience: 2–5 Years in Domestic B2B IT Sales
✔ Experience selling IT Hardware / Software / Cloud / Networking / Web Solutions
✔ Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Strong target-driven and self-motivated mindset
✔ Existing network in Mid-Market / Enterprise accounts preferred
