• Salary: CTC up to 3.96 LPA where ₹22,000 fixed(Take home) per month + up to ₹11,000 performance-based incentives/variables
  

Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with business owners, building strong professional relationships, and scheduling meetings with our internal sales team. This is a field-based lead generation and appointment-setting role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and engage with business owners in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.

• Understand basic business requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings between business owners and the internal sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meeting schedules.

• Achieve assigned outreach and meeting targets.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA or equivalent PGDM (Mandatory).

• Minimum 60% in at least two of the following:

  • Class 12

  • Graduation

  • MBA/PGDM

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally and meet business owners.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• ₹22,000 fixed salary per month.

• Performance-based incentives of up to ₹11,000 per month.
