🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate business through the WIN Channel & achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct field visits & customer meetings for lead generation.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance needs.
• Generate leads through references, existing customers & market visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain life insurance products, benefits & policy features.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to policy issuance.
• Coordinate for documentation & smooth policy processing.
• Achieve business targets while maintaining quality customer service.
✅ CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Female candidates only
• Graduation mandatory
• Minimum 6 months experience in insurance sales
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong sales & relationship management skills
