🚀 What You Will Do (We Will Train You):

• Lead Management: Connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) who express interest through our marketing platforms (Meta/Google Ads).

• Client Advisory: Understand client investment goals and pitch premium residential and commercial developments across Noida and Greater Noida.

• Site Walkthroughs: Accompany clients for professional on-site property visits, explaining project highlights, infrastructure advantages, and ROI potential.

• Deal Closure: Assist senior management in building trust, negotiating terms, and facilitating booking formalities.

🎓 Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: MBA, PGDM, M.Com, or any equivalent Postgraduate degree (Batch of 2025 or 2026).

• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are a must.

• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

💰 What We Offer:

• Fixed Base Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on interview performance).

• Uncapped Performance Incentives: Earn lucrative, slab-based commissions on every single booking you secure. Your earning potential is entirely up to you!
