Truevisory Realty pvt Ltd is seeking a driven and dynamic Real estate executive to join our growing team in sector 62 , Noida .The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying , selling and leasing and delivering exceptional customer service throughtout the transaction process .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking , referrals and market reasearch.
Assist client in buying ,selling and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct site visits and property presentations .
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand clients requirements and match them with suitable property options.
Negotiate deals and ensure successfull closure.
Maintain updated knowledge of real estate trends in noida and surrounding areas.
Coordinate with developers , channel partners and internal teams .
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 year of experience in real estate or sales ( freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent communication , negotiation , and interpersonal skills
Self -motivated and target -oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
