Position Overview Sales Manager | Real Estate
Yatharth Housing India is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong leadership and client handling capabilities. The role involves managing residential sales operations, leading teams, handling high-value clients, and achieving revenue targets. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 10 years of real estate sales experience, strong market knowledge of Delhi NCR, and a proven record of deal closures. Fixed salary with PF and ESI, along with performance incentives, is offered. Sales Manager leads, manages, and motivates a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets and organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, setting quotas, monitoring KPIs through CRMs, training staff, and cultivating key client relationships. They analyze data to improve performance and collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching sales representatives to maximize productivity.
Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing sales plans,, strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue
Performance Management: Setting individual/team quotas, tracking KPIs, and conducting performance reviews.
Reporting & Forecasting: Analyzing sales data and preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports for senior management.
Customer Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with key clients and resolving escalated customer issues.
Ideal Candidate 2 plus years of experience in real estate sales Exposure to premium or luxury property sales preferred Strong communication and client handling skills Confident negotiator with professional conduct Target-focused and disciplined Knowledge of Delhi NCR luxury market is an advantage
