SPD Capital Services Private Limited is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to drive client acquisition, build long-term customer relationships, and enhance company profitability.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in commerce
Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial markets or related field.
Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential prospects in the financial market.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Close sales through cold calling, presentations, client meetings, and field visits.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Research market trends and identify new opportunities.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Provide regular performance reports and client feedback to management.
Compensation:
In-hand Salary: 25000 to 35000 plus incentives
