🎯 Job Responsibilities
• Generate and manage customer leads
• Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements
• Explain property details, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule customer site visits
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer records and sales updates
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with sales experience preferred
• Real estate experience is not mandatory
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage

📊 Monthly Targets

Freshers:
• 10 Site Visits
• 1 Closure

Experienced Candidates:
• 15 Site Visits
• 2 Closures

⏰ Working Hours
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
