Job Title: Resale Executive / Property Consultant – Resale Team

Job Description:

Join the Resale Team at True Value Realtors and help clients buy and sell resale residential properties. The role involves generating leads, understanding client requirements, arranging property visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and follow up on buyer and seller leads.

* Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.

* Schedule and conduct property site visits.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.

* Negotiate pricing and facilitate successful deal closures.

* Coordinate documentation and support the sales process.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular follow-ups.

* Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property values.

Required Skills:
