Roles & Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents

• Coordinate with channel partners to generate quality leads

• Support channel partners during client meetings and site visits

• Onboard new channel partners as per business requirements

Sales & Lead Management

• Handle leads received from channel partners and internal sources

• Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects till closure

• Update lead status, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Handling & Site Visits

• Arrange and conduct site visits with clients and channel partners

• Explain project details including layout, amenities, pricing, and payment plans

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable inventory

Negotiation & Closing

• Negotiate deals within approved pricing and discount limits

• Close sales while maintaining ethical and transparent practices

• Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, and documentation

Post-Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth documentation

• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries

• Generate repeat and referral business

Market Knowledge & Reporting

• Keep updated on local market trends and competitor projects

• Prepare daily activity and sales performance reports

• Share market feedback with management
