Roles and Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
Arrange and conduct site visits for interested clients.
Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
Coordinate with developers and sales managers for property availability and negotiations.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure engagement and deal closure.
Present and compare multiple projects to help clients make informed decisions.

Requirements:

Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client queries.
Positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be a graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
