Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing real estate sales, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and building and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the role involves keeping pace with market trends and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Real Estate Sales and Real Estate domain knowledge to assist clients effectively and close deals
Sales capability and experience in generating leads and driving revenue
Customer Service skills to provide excellent client support and satisfaction
Willingness to participate in Training and professional development initiatives
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
