Hiring: Field Marketing Executive | BTL Marketing

📍 Location: Gurugram, Noida, Bengluru

🎓 Qualification: MBA (Marketing) – Fresher or Experienced

💼 Experience: 0–4 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about on-ground activations, BTL campaigns, and brand promotions, this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Execute BTL marketing campaigns and on-ground promotional activities
Coordinate with vendors and local partners for smooth campaign execution
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned territories
Drive lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
Track campaign performance and submit regular reports
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers

🔹 Skills Required:

MBA in Marketing (Fresher or up to 3 years experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and work in the field
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
