🎓 Qualification: MBA (Marketing) – Fresher or Experienced

💼 Experience: 0–4 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about on-ground activations, BTL campaigns, and brand promotions, this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute BTL marketing campaigns and on-ground promotional activities

• Coordinate with vendors and local partners for smooth campaign execution

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned territories

• Drive lead generation and brand awareness initiatives

• Track campaign performance and submit regular reports

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers

🔹 Skills Required:

• MBA in Marketing (Fresher or up to 3 years experience)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel and work in the field

• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
