Years of Experience - Min 6 Months to 1 Yr
Location – Thane (West)/ Western/ Central
Education Qualification – Any Graduate/MBA
Candidate must have a bike & should be open for site visits.
Job Description –
• Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company.
• Evaluate a client’s needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales targets.
• Cold call, message customers to arrange site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation.
• Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders.
• Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes.
• Develop relationships with clients, builders to increase performance.
Personal Competencies:
• 6 months / 1 yr. of B2C sales experience
• One should own vehicle
• Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
• Passionate about sales
• Good communication skills & Client handling skills
• Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed
