We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Present suitable residential/commercial properties and explain their features, pricing, and benefits.
Schedule and conduct property visits/site visits with prospective clients.
Negotiate with clients and assist throughout the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert prospects into successful bookings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
