Hiring – Real Estate Property Consultant / Property Dealing Executive

We are looking for a smart and trustworthy Real Estate Property Consultant who can help us in property purchasing and investment activities across Noida, Greater Noida, YEIDA, Delhi NCR and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

* Identify good property investment opportunities

* Visit property sites and conduct field verification

* Negotiate pricing and deals with builders, owners, and brokers

* Verify property-related documents and approvals

* Coordinate for registry, legal verification, and payment process

* Advise on profitable investment options for both short-term and long-term returns

* Maintain regular reports of available deals and market trends

* Visit sites independently and support during client/property meetings

Requirements:

* 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate/property dealing

* MBA preferred

* Good understanding of Noida, Greater Noida, YEIDA, Delhi NCR property market

* Basic knowledge of registry, authority approvals, builder agreements, and documentation

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Must be open for office work as well as field/site visits

* Honest, professional, and proactive approach

Salary & Benefits:

* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

* Incentive / Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 per month

* Total Budget: ₹20,000 per month

Preferred:

* Candidate having local builder/broker connections will be an advantage

* Own bike/car preferred for site visits
