Job Summary

We are hiring a Female Pre-Sales Telecaller for our Real Estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling new & existing leads, explaining our projects, handling queries, following up, and scheduling site visits for customers interested in Plots, Villas & Farmland projects in Karjat, Khopoli & Murbad.

Key Responsibilities Call and follow up with inbound/outbound real estate leads Pitch projects clearly and generate interest Explain project details: location, pricing, offers, availability, etc. Handle customer objections and queries politely Schedule and confirm site visits with interested prospects Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports Update lead status regularly in Excel/CRM/Google Sheet Ensure proper follow-up until site visit/booking is done Candidate Requirements Female candidate preferred Minimum 1+ year real estate calling / pre-sales experience Minimum 2+ years telecalling/telesales experience Strong communication skills in Hindi + English (Marathi is a plus) Confident, polite, persuasive & goal-oriented Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets) Candidate from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai preferred Work Schedule Monday to Friday: Work from Office Saturday: Work from Home Sunday: Weekly Off Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary + Incentives Incentives on Site Visits + Bookings Salary depends on experience and interview performance Why Join Us?
