We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing professional to plan and execute on-ground and regional marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, brand visibility, and sales pipeline growth. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams and ownership of field-level marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and partner activities.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with regional revenue goals.
• Drive lead generation through on-ground activities, trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for campaign execution.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and lead conversion metrics.
• Develop localized marketing strategies based on market and customer insights.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all field marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of proven experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or Regional Marketing.
• Strong experience in event management and on-ground campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Experience in B2B / IT / SaaS / Technology-driven organizations.
