Telecaller (Full-Time, On-Site – Noida)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Share service details and handle inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English/regional languages)
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling ability
- Basic sales knowledge (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Minimum graduate qualification
- Experience in telecalling/sales is preferred but not mandatory
