Job Title: Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

Job Description:

• Calling leads, Handle inbound and outbound calls, .

• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and preferences.

• Arrange and schedule site visits with clients and coordinate with the sales team.

• Ensure tight and consistent follow-ups to improve conversions.

• Share property details, brochures, pricing, and relevant information with prospects.

• Update and maintain lead data accurately in the CRM system.

• Achieve individual targets for site visits and bookings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales.

• Proven experience in real estate pre-sales.

• Proficiency in CRM/lead management tools and Google Workspace (Drive/Docs/Sheets).

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

• Strong local market knowledge of Pune real estate.
