Position: Operational Specialist (Ground Operations)

Location: Pune

### Key Responsibilities:

Manage supply and demand operations on the ground.

Handle rider/driver partner onboarding and daily operational activities.

Build, manage, and engage field teams.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while achieving business targets.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.

Monitor productivity, team performance, and operational KPIs.

### Experience Required:

2–3 years of experience in Ground Operations, Last Mile Delivery, Mobility, Logistics, Hyperlocal Delivery, or Fleet Operations.

Experience managing field teams and on-ground operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
