🚨 WE ARE HIRING – FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER 🚨

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and result-oriented Field Operations Manager who can independently manage multiple sites, field staff, client relationships and business development.

👨‍💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Manage and monitor multiple company sites
✅ Supervise Field Executives, Supervisors & field staff
✅ Ensure proper manpower deployment and attendance
✅ Conduct regular site inspections and surprise visits
✅ Maintain discipline, grooming and performance standards
✅ Handle client complaints and ensure quick resolution
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Conduct client meetings and understand their requirements
✅ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
✅ Promote company services and support business development
✅ Follow up with prospective clients and assist in closing new contracts
✅ Monitor site performance and prepare regular management reports
✅ Coordinate with HR and Operations for manpower requirements
✅ Take corrective action on site-level issues
✅ Report important operational and business updates to senior management

🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✔️ 3+ years of relevant field/operations experience preferred
✔️ Strong team-management & leadership skills
✔️ Excellent communication and client-handling ability
✔️ Good negotiation & business development skills
✔️ Comfortable with extensive field travel
✔️ Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp & Email
✔️ Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
✔️ Problem-solving and decision-making ability
✔️ Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred
✔️ Experience in Security / Facility Management / Housekeeping / Field Operations preferred
