Job Title: Medical Equipment Sales Executive

Experience: 2–3 years in medical equipment/device/pharma sales preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Medical Equipment Sales Executive to promote and sell medical equipment, devices, and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical professionals.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

• Present and demonstrate medical equipment and products to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads.

• Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and service.

• Ensure professional representation of the company and its products.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field; Biomedical/Medical/Pharmacy background is an advantage.

• 2–3 years of experience in medical equipment, medical devices, healthcare, or related B2B sales.

• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer and hospital visits.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

• Valid driving licence preferred.
