About the Role

Aase Edex Trips is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented School Sales Manager to build strong relationships with schools and drive bookings for our educational and experiential trips.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with schools, principals, teachers, coordinators and management.

Identify and generate new school leads through field visits, calls, meetings and networking.

Present Aase Edex Trips’ educational tour packages and customized itineraries to schools.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and booking closure.

Follow up with schools and convert leads into confirmed trips.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed school trips.

Maintain sales records, follow-ups and regular reports.

Explore new school partnerships and generate repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

2–5 years of experience in school sales, B2B sales, education sales, travel sales or business development.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented, confident and proactive personality.

Comfortable with field visits and travel within Delhi NCR and nearby locations.

Experience working with schools will be an added advantage.
