Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pharmaceuticals excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed. As a MR you are responsible for promoting and detailing the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in a specified geographical region. You will play a crucial role in increasing product awareness, driving sales, and providing product information to healthcare professionals. .

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

· Promote Products: Visit Doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. Conduct detailed product presentations to healthcare professionals.

· Establish Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.

· Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

· Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, industry trends, competitor products, and medical literature.

· Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.

· Medical Conferences and Events: Attend medical conferences, events, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and network with healthcare professionals.

· Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance against targets.

· Sample Distribution: Distribute product samples to doctors and medical professionals to encourage product usage.

· Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about the latest industry developments, new products, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

· Must have Bachelor's degree in Pharma.(B. Pharma/M. Pharma)

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
