Key Responsibilities
Promote the hospital's medical services, specialties, health packages, and wellness programs to healthcare professionals, corporate organizations, and the community.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and hospital revenue.
Coordinate and conduct hospital visits, client meetings, and promotional presentations.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, medical seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with consultants and department heads to promote specialized medical services.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
Maintain a database of referral sources, corporate clients, and marketing activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports and present performance updates to management.
Coordinate with the admissions, front office, and patient relations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Represent the hospital at healthcare exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and the hospital's ethical standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Hospital Management is preferred.
1–5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital marketing is preferred.
