We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong technology hiring background to manage end-to-end HR operations and lead recruitment for software and technical roles. The position requires close coordination with the Managing Director / CEO to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and people management initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
👥 Talent Acquisition & Tech Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, software, and technical roles.
Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
🗂️ HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Handle HR operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.
Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and reports.
📊 Performance & Employee Engagement
Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
📈 Strategic HR Support
Work closely with the MD / CEO on workforce planning and organizational development.
Provide HR insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements in HR systems and practices.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Education:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to Technology hiring.
Key Skills:
End-to-end recruitment for software and technical roles.
Strong understanding of job roles.
Experience in HR operations and compliance.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and MS Excel.
