Job Title: Financial Consultant (FC) – Stock Broking

Location:

[Sahibag/Ambabari]

Experience:

1–5 years (Freshers with NISM certification can also be considered)

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline
NISM VIII / XA / XV (preferred)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for Equity, Derivatives (F&O), Currency, and Commodity trading.

• Advise clients on investment products such as:

  • Equity & Derivatives

  • Mutual Funds

  • IPOs

  • PMS / AIF (where applicable)

• Generate revenue through brokerage, cross-selling, and portfolio advisory.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support.

• Activate and trade dormant accounts.

• Achieve monthly revenue, acquisition, and trading volume targets.

• Conduct portfolio reviews and market updates for clients.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI & exchange regulations.

• Coordinate with back-office and RMS teams for smooth operations.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Stock Market & Trading Products

• Client acquisition & relationship management

• Communication & persuasion skills

• Sales-driven mindset

• Basic technical & fundamental market understanding

Preferred Background:

• Experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial sales

• Candidates from Angel One, ICICI Direct, HDFC Sec, Sharekhan, Motilal Oswal, Axis Sec, etc.

CTC & Incentives:
