🔹 Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in and referred customers with loan inquiries
Explain available loan products (personal, auto, mortgage, SME, etc.)
Conduct initial interviews to assess borrower needs and eligibility
Collect required documentation (ID, income proof, bank statements, tax returns)
Perform preliminary credit and affordability assessments
Input loan applications into the system accurately
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines
Follow up with customers on application status
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-loan support
