Process : Field Operations – Loan Processing & Collection

Experience : Relevant field experience in loan processing, verification, or collections preferred

Location : Bhubaneswar

Shift : Day Shift (Field Work)

Week Off : As per company policy

Transport : Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Salary : 16,000 - 18,000

Incentive : Performance-based incentives

Age : As per company norms

Qualification : Graduate preferred

Required : Strong communication & client-handling skills, Ability to meet targets, Knowledge of local market & customer profiling, Self-motivated & result-oriented
