🔍 Role Overview

Ambak Finance is looking for a result-driven Relationship Manager with strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) sales. Candidates with a background in real estate or housing finance are highly preferred.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for Home Loans & LAP products

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners

• Handle end-to-end loan processing from sourcing to disbursement

• Guide customers on loan eligibility, documentation, and product details

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approvals and faster processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth

• Maintain customer database and follow-ups for closures

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream

• Strong knowledge of Home Loans & LAP products

• Experience in sales / BFSI / real estate sector

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach

• Existing network with builders, DSAs, or connectors
