Job Title: CRM Executive – Personal Loans
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers and explain personal-loan products and offers.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduation.
Telugu is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
3–6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or related fields is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
